Your First Step:
A Longevity Consultation

Before we begin training, every client starts with a friendly, pressure-free consultation.

During your session, I will:

  • Learn about your goals and lifestyle

  • Discuss any injuries or limitations

  • Complete a simple movement screen

  • Create a personalised longevity training plan

Whether you’re 35 or 75, this session gives you clarity, confidence and a realistic path forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each session will start with a Warm Up (10 min), followed by a Strength Focus (20 min), followed by a Circuit (20 min) and finishing with a Cool Down / Stretches (10 min).

    On average our clients burn between 400-500 calories per session.

  • After every session, you should see an increase in your strength, fitness and mobility. As well as an improvement in your mood, sleep quality and overall sense of wellbeing.

    After 6 sessions, you should see an increase in strength across all major muscle groups.

    After 12 sessions, you should see some changes in your physical appearance including increased muscle size and improvement in muscle tone/shape.
